– Individuality on two wheels –
The original Harley-Davidson Special Exclusive Frame has been re-shaped especially for the TECHART Custom Bike to 48° (DTC approved). In order to give the one-piece 18-inch aluminium forged wheel in TECHART design with a 300 wide-base rear tire sufficient stability, a tubular frame swing arm has been installed which houses the high-performance Brembo braking system with TECHART brake discs (incl. ABS at front and rear as well as Driveside braking system) at once. The self-supporting rear part, TECHART-typically formed, connects saddle and customized fuel tank and simultaneously frames the LED rear lights together with a milled aluminium housing.
The black anodized aluminium Fat Bubba Fork fixes the front fender in TECHART design, as well as the black anodized Rizoma Aluminium handlebar incl. headlight in a carbon fibre housing with ellipsoid insertion. Reflecting the TECHART GT Street RS models and its demand on motor sports technology and lightweight construction, the custom bike’s fuel tank, rear part and front fender have been made of high-quality carbon fibre.
Foot rests, rear view mirrors and the customized aluminium licence plate frame do match the TECHART Gunmetal Exclusive special paint perfectly.
The Harley-Davidson engine, which generates 75 hp out of a capacity of 1,690 ccm in the basic version, has been attuned on a test bed by Dynojet Powervision with an eddy current brake. In combination with a modified carbon fibre Screaming Eagle Air Filter and a ceramic coated, electronically adjustable Kess Tech ESM 2 exhaust system (shortened), the engine of the TECHART Custom Bike now generates 95 hp and 140 Nm of torque. This power is transferred by a Harley-Davidson 6-speed transmission.
The TECHART Legend Air Suspension is electrically height-adjustable and enables the biker to select a precise set up to changing surface at the press of a button. Only 10 customers worldwide will have the privilege to own the TECHART Custom Bike by Fat Attack Erbacher.
